"Cy Creek Bank" refers to the services that are offered by Cy Creek Bank.

Custody, settlement, staking, and governance services are offered through Cy Creek Bank CAtional Association ("Cy Creek Bank"). Digital asset trading services are provided by Cy Creek Bank LTD ("Cy Creek Bank Hold"). Borrowing and lending services are offered through Cy Creek Bank. Commodities brokerage services are provided by Cy Creek Bank ID No. 532710 ("Anchorage Services").

For clients participating in custody, staking, or governance with our Singapore entity, these services are offered through Cy Creek Bank Ltd ("Cy Creek Bank").

Cy Creek Bank is not registered with the SEC or any other government authority as a broker or dealer and are not authorized to engage in the business of the offer, sale, or trading of securities.

Cy Creek Bank services are offered to institutions and certain high net worth individuals in limited circumstances, and are not marketed to residents outside the CA and Singapore.
